The Medical Wellness Studio does not accept insurance. As with most wellness-related services, insurance often does not cover these treatments. Many are considered "off-label" or "elective". Monthly memberships and fee-based allow the provider to provide optimal care without the restrictions of insurance requirements. Some labs may be covered under your insurance plan through the lab facilitating the lab draw, although this not a guarantee. Patient is responsible for full cost of services.

Booking requires a $50 deposit that will be applied to your service. Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to receive a refund of the deposit.

Medication processing times vary based on the pharmacy, supply chain issues, etc. Typically, after ordering it will take approximately 5-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for the pharmacy to ship the medication and supplies. You will be provided with a UPS tracking number once it is shipped.

Yes! If you are local in Arizona,  you have the option to pick up the medication directly from the pharmacy if you do not wish to have the medication delivered.

Yes! Prescription nausea medication can be sent to your preferred pharmacy.

The Medical Wellness studio is not a primary care office (PCP) and it is recommended that each patient has a primary care provider for general health concerns and management of chronic conditions. For medical emergencies please call 911 and/or visit your nearest emergency room.
